Auto Logoff

Centricity Perinatal Web will automatically log you off of the system and take you back to the login screen after a specified time of inactivity. The automatic logoff time is determined by the site, and will not exceed 30 minutes. Activities that prevent auto logoff include tapping the screen or if in the browser, clicking within the screen with your mouse or a keystroke within the application.

Note: If your site is using external authentication through a single sign-on solution, you will be returned to your site’s single sign-on page. If, however, you observe that you are not returned to the single sign-on page, it is because Centricity Perinatal Web logged you off, but since you remained connected to your single-sign on, it logged you right back in. More information on this behavior is described in the service section of this manual.
